Learn More About the Services I Provide

Caring, Compassionate, and Culturally Sensitive

As a family systems therapist, my passion is to walk with people on their journey towards a life that is rich and meaningful.

I offer caring, compassionate, and culturally sensitive counselling and psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families in the Kingston, Perth, and Rideau Lakes region. I completed my undergraduate degree in general arts at Queen’s University (Kingston ON) and my Masters of Divinity (Counselling) at Tyndale Seminary (Toronto ON).

My spouse and I are the proud parents of four adult children. I bring to my counselling a depth of life experience in a variety of contexts. I am involved in my faith community and served as a board member of the local arts council for many years. I enjoy gardening, music, quilting, soap-making, and home decorating. I take every opportunity to enjoy the beautiful Canadian landscape on foot, in a kayak, on snowshoes or cross country skis.

From a family systems perspective, I provide opportunities for relationship enhancement and personal growth to those impacted by relationship breakdown (communication, conflict), affairs, marital conflict, grief, self esteem, trauma, anger, depression, anxiety, family life transitions, and issues around spirituality. I bring sensitivity to the unique issues involved in cross-cultural counselling. My passion is to journey with people towards greater healing, wholeness, and purpose in their lives.
